How long will it take to get your prop? Most items are BUILT UPON ORDER and ship within 5-10 business days. Shipping can take up to 5 business days. Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 WEEKS for DELIVERY. Please be patient.

You left us a message but haven't received a response. The office staff works part-time and Ritchie is busy building props. He cannot always hear the phone ring over the noise in the shop. Please be patient. We will get back to you at our first opportunity.

We will customize orders, but please be advised that the customer must absorb the additional costs of material, labor and shipping. This includes any extra time involved to design your custom prop. Custom orders are NOT returnable as there may not be a market for resale.

We offer discounts to everyone. In fact, the prices on our website are already discounted! We are a wholesaler; we are not a resaler. Since we build what we sell, our prices are lower than the competition because there is no middle-man. And better yet, our prices include shipping while the competion does not. There are no extra charges at check-out.

Why are our prices so expensive? We've experienced significant increases in the cost of wood and shipping. Additionally, we build the props ourself the old-school way right here in the USA.

We do not price-match. Our prices include shipping whereas the competitors' prices do not. We have no additional charges at checkout whereas the competitors will add shipping. Due to this, we cannot price match.

We ship internationally, but we surcharge for the additional cost of shipping. In order to calculate international shipping inquiries, please include your full delivery address. Shipping cost is based on dimensions, weight and distance.

Our props are finished with a water-based clear satin finish. The satin finish will not be shiny. It is very natural looking.

Your may return your purchase in its original condition. We will refund the cost of the product less the cost to ship your purchase to you. We will not reimburse you for the cost to return the product to us.
