Most items BUILT UPON ORDER and ship within 5-10 business days. Shipping can take up to 5 business days. Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 WEEKS for DELIVERY. An order confirmation will be generated. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. Also, if you do not enter your email address correctly on the order, you will not receive an order confirmation. Shipping is included in the retail price for orders shipped within the continental US, no extra costs at checkout! Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will be surcharged for additional shipping costs. All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee EXCEPT custom orders. Shipping is not refundable. If the prop is returned with any scratches, we will resand and refinish the prop for resale at a cost of $20 per hour which will be deducted from your refund. Sizes are approximations. Due to milling and sanding, there might be subtle differences in the size of the props. Contact us if you wish to customize your order. We will work with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. Please recognize that custom requests will increase our lumber, labor and shipping cost. These are costs that we must pass along to the customer. Changing an item like the Whale by "just" 1 inch will move the size of the package into the over-sized package shipping category and will increase shipping by at least $100. Custom orders are NOT returnable. |
